CJ 103 - Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Crime

( 3 :0 :0 ) 3 credits

This course studies the major factors contributing to offenses committed by juveniles and younger offenders, society’s response to the problem of delinquency, and how youth crime is treated. Family Court provisions and criminal procedure laws relating to youthful offenders are also addressed.

Prerequisites/Co-Requisites:
CJ 101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice
