CU 208 - International Cuisine

This course utilizes the basic and intermediate cooking techniques learned in the previous culinary classes. Applying the skills learned in these classes, students will be introduced to American Regional and International Cuisines. Flavor profiles will be emphasized. All course work will emphasize proper sanitation and knife work. Students will work independently and in teams to prepare food, plate, and serve the dining room.
