CU 206 - Contemporary Fusion Cuisine
This course expands on the cooking techniques introduced in Culinary Cooking Methods and prepares the students for working a station in the food service industry. Students rotate stations. Speed, timing, and coordination are developed while the student practices his/her skills and combines a variety of ingredients from different cultures to assemble plate presentations for dining room service.
