BU 209 - Professional Selling
This course provides an introduction to the basic concepts and skills associated with effective selling principles. Organized around building value-added relationships, this course examines the role of building an organizational strategy and bridges the gap between Sales and Marketing by addressing customer analysis, communication skills, effective openings and closings, and reaching win-win decisions servicing customers. Students develop selling skills through extensive use of presentations and simulations.
