Certified Dietary Manager Program
- Students must complete 3 course modules focused on nutrition, safety and sanitation, and food production and management.
- Each module consists of 40 hours of coursework and 50 hours of supervision, on-site fieldwork.
- Students who successfully complete the program are eligible to take the ServSafe® exam.
